RETURN POLICY

We love to make customers happy. We recognize however there may be times where there may be unforeseen issues with your product. Being a design oriented company, fabrics may not match your home décor or the texture of the fabric may not be what you expected. Or it could be that you ordered the wrong size.

For these reasons and more, Jax and Bones has a 30 day return policy on all items purchased from www.jaxandbones.com (from date of invoice). We want you to be 100% satisfied with the product so if there are issues and a return is necessary, please email us at customerservice@jaxandbones.com or call us directly at 626 444 4550. A RETURN AUTHORIZATION NUMBER will be provided and must accompany the return to ensure a correct and timely refund.

Subject to get an RETURN AUTHORIZATON NUMER may result in our ability to process the return.

Also the item must come back in resalable condition (no doggy drool or hair please) and with original tags and packaging. Failure to do this may result in a minimum 25% restocking fee and can go higher if the item is not sellable.

If your item is defective, please notify Jax and Bones within 30 days of receiving the product. Jax and Bones will take careful steps to determine how we can remedy and replace or refund the product at no cost to you.

A thorough description of the defect and an image may be required on your behalf. Our customer service team is gladly there to help you.
