What
is our delivery time?
We ship by UPS, FED
EX, and US Postal Priority Mail. If the item
is in stock, delivery takes between 7-14 days on average. If an item is out of stock, we will send
you an email stating the approximate delivery time.
If your item is a custom order, please note
that your delivery time may take a couple
extra days. We will inform you if this applies.

What
size dog collar should I get my dog or cat?
Please refer to our size chart
to obtain correct sizing. The size chart is available
on all the collar pages.

size bed should I get for my dog or cat?
The general rule
is that your best friend's
bed should be bigger and roomy so their legs
can stretch out for more comfort. Our advice
is that you measure the length of your best friend
and add 10-12 inches to obtain the best diameter
for the bed. When in doubt, it is best to get
the larger bed. Trust us, who likes to sleep
with their feet dangling off the bed?

Returns:
If our product does
not meet your expectations, please call us within
7 days to obtain an authorization number for the
return. The merchandise must be in its original
packaging and unused to be considered for a full
store credit or exchange. Shipping and handling
is not refundable. We reserve the right to determine
whether the item has been used or washed. All return
orders are subject to a 25% restocking fee. |
